Why do you need these flags?:
Because I wish to start a trading business of my own were I use my IC skills to fix and modify guns. I am also going to get schematics to make guns that are larger and more harder to make. I collect scrap metal and take parts from broken or old guns and fix them than put them into a new gun to make it more advanced or improve. Therefore I improve stats of guns, but as I advance I will create guns and also start up a business. I also sel booze, psycho, jet and gasmasks but as I progress I will sell more or start more. I wish to create a business were me and the customer has fun. I have started it off and alot of people don't complain about me trading or fixing guns so I really do want to get the Trader flags back so I can go back to modifying/trading/fixing, guns/booze/narcotics ETC.
